Individual Student Athlete
Working with high school and college athletes over the years, I have a holistic approach connecting with the athletes mental, physical and social lives. Mentally I help athletes:
- Build emotional intelligence through understanding how personality affects performance
- Build self-esteem/self-confidence/self-worth
- Prepare athletes to manage anxiety
- handle adversity (because it's going to happen) – injuries
- Balance life responsibilities of academics, athletics, family and social life
- Be a great teammate
- Learn how sleep impacts performance

Mentoring for Coaches
How can we become the best coach for our student athletes? How and why do kids think and act the way they do? Being a teacher for over 19 years in Psychology has helped me create a better understanding of how to reach the full potential of student athletes.

Program Building |
What is the best way to build a program? How can we create a platform for our student athletes to thrive? How do we make sure that our staff and athletes understand what is expected from them? How do we best create roles and make everyone feel like they are part of the program?
